Dr. Joan M. Cirbus Dr. Cirbus is a 1979 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians as well as the American Optometric Association. Since arriving in Bellmawr in 1980, she has been active in not only her practice but also in the schools and the support of town activities. As a life long contact lens wearer, she particularly enjoys this facet of the practice.

Dr. Bill J. Ceraso Dr. Ceraso attended the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. After graduation in 2001, he returned home to Brooklawn, NJ and joined the practice in Bellmawr. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. He co-manages LASIK and has had the surgery himself in 2002. He is involved with both the Bellmawr and Brooklawn school systems as a vision consultant.
